How do we do it?

We READ the situation

Relay's AI receives the patient's message and instantly references it against their stored medical profile. diagnosis, surgery history, medications, and known conditions. It classifies the emergency into one of four urgency tiers in seconds, accounting for who the patient is, not just what they feel.

Find the RIGHT place

Relay holds a live database of hospitals mapped by medical capability such as cath labs, stroke centers, and cardiac ICUs. When an emergency is classified, the algorithm matches the emergency type to the required facility and selects the nearest hospital that can actually treat what is happening.

Automatic ALERT

Before the patient leaves, Relay compiles a full overview with name, age, diagnosis, medications, allergies, and emergency type. Then transmits it directly to the receiving ER. The team is ready before the patient walks through the door.

Navigation CONTROL

Turn-by-turn directions start the moment a hospital is selected, routing the family from wherever they are. Traffic signals in the city are prepped to make way.

PRE Triaged Information

Every patient message is processed and delivered to the nurse dashboard already sorted by urgency. A nurse reads 30 seconds of context instead of spending 30 minutes gathering information.

DAILY Recovery Track

After the crisis, Relay runs a short adaptive AI conversation with the patient every morning and sets the pateint on a recovery and medicine track. If patterns show decline across multiple days, the care team is flagged before the patient realizes something is wrong.
